I'm working on an update of the site, that will probably make photos easier to work with but it's gonna be a while.

This ain't my day job and this is the busy season in my line of work...so I get about ten minutes each day to monitor things around here. An update would take me a whole Saturday to do safely and effectively.

I'll throw the offer out there again...if any member/forum user is a tech/computer nerd and would volunteer some time occasionally to help out with the tech heavy aspects of the site and forums, please let me know. I'm probably more proficient than the average guy on the street with this stuff, but I am, by no means an expert.

A real techie could probably do the things that need to be done to the site inside of an hour whereas it would take me the better part of a day to do the same things.

Don:

How about advertising locally on Craig's List to find a resume-poor computer student that will put in a couple of free hours updating the site in exchange for a really nice recommendation for his resume (and something on the net that can be pointed to)??

Mike

I'll post here to keep the photo posting questions in the same spot...

How do I post smaller photos? I haven't posted a photo in along time and I see that the recently posted photos seem smaller than the ones from my Photobucket account. Is there a trick to it? Or has the forum software been updated to that it happens automatically? :?

In photobucket, when you open up a photo, one of the options at the top of the menu is to resize the photo.
