Just finished installing the Australian 250 cid six cylinder cross flow head in my 61 Econoline.
I bought the truck with the engine installed,. I rebuilt it with a a mild cam and 9.5 to 1 compression.
The Aussie’s need to up the power on their Ford Falcon six cylinder.
Ford went to Sir John Brabham for the design.
Valve placement is cantered, much like the 351 Cleveland.
The Truck has a C4, Strange 9 inch with posi, heavy duty suspension, remote oil cooler, electric fuel pump, headers, Weber 38/38
I had to remove the passenger door for removal and install.
