I think you mean a restored 54 sedan delivery appraised.it may not help if someone answers as each appraiser will have a different view.also each appraiser in a different state city etc will vary.let us see pictures if you will.

He is not being a "wise guy" what he says is 110% true it will vary from State to State and not all appraisers are going to agree with each other,Google the car and watch what comes up with the same options as yours you will see he is right on.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A BALL PARK # iTS A FRAME OFF , COMPLETE SAND BLASTED BODY, EVERY PART REMOVED. late model 289 V8 COMPLETE CUSTON INTERIOR, POWER STEERING BY BORGERSON ,FRONT DISC BRAKES ,AUTO TRANS.I WILL TRY SOME PICTURES, BUT I AM GOING THRU CHEMO AT THIS TIME AND SOME DAYS ARE NOT GOOD. I'm doing a frame off too, but sticking with pure stock, including the interior. The value could be high, depending on the quality of work, but will never be high enough to compensate you for your time. As an FYI, posting in capital letters is the same as yelling on the internet.

Gordan,I have found in most cases if you get in touch with a local rod shop they generally know someone in the area or they may be able to help you at their shop.
