My name is Kevin Boatman from Grand Forks ND. I just purchased a 1954 Ford Customline 2 door sedan and will be in need of some advise as I am trying to rebuild the car. The car use to belong to my wifes grandfather, he had bought the car bran new back in 54. She is in need of some work. I did get it running and she purrs like a kitten. 69000 miles on it, body is good but wiring and interior is shot. Thanks for accepting me in.

Welcome to the site Kevin, your story almost mirrors mine with the exception of it was my wife's grandmother who purchased our wagon off the show room floor.

Hi Kevin.....welcome to the forum.

It's always a treat to have a car with family heritage like that. It sounds like its in good hands.

I was stationed at Grand Forks AFB at the end of my time in the military, so I'm familiar with your neck of the woods.
