1954 Ford Sunliner Convertible - 239 Y Block V-8, automatic, 79K miles, yellow w/ black top

What a car, but it's time - too many toys! With a few exceptions (fuel pump, rebuilt carb, brake lines, and rebuilt starter),
this old buggy is still stock and original, right down to the cloth wires and 6 volt positive ground battery. All the brightwork
is intact (and mostly shiny), re-chromed bumpers, and the new Cokers make for a better and safer ride.

As you'd expect, there's a good bit of floorboard and rocker rust, but the Y block still runs strong. This car has been garage stored
since my uncle bought it in 1973 (yeah, the tranny leaks over the winter). The hydraulic convertible top pump needs repair, needs
a nice paint job, and the brakes need to be redone (last time in '97). I've probably put no more that 2,000 miles on it since then.

Not smart enough to figure to how to add pics - says my image is too big!

Asking $8,500 Counter offers welcome.
